It was in an awesome spot to get to all the main sites, so many restaurants, and the Plaka neighborhood as well. It was clean and fairly spacious for 3 adults and had a lovely patio to sit on with a cool view.

Acron Athens was a great place for my family to stay. It was within a 10 to 15 minute walk to all of the historic places, and about a 30 minute walk to Lycabettus Hill. The staff met us at check-in and sent us tips for local places during our stay. Staying her made us feel like we were a local resident of Greece, while have the comfort of safe accomodations!

Very pretty and in a fantastic location. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was good. The street was really lovely with spectacular views across the city. It is a 10 minute walk to the Acropolis and is right on the doorstep of many lovely cafes and restaurants.

This was the perfect location for a short stay. Located literally at the base of the acropolis, it is a short walked to the summit. Nice restaurants and a 'happening' neighborhood are only a 1-2 minute walk away.
The rooms were clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. My needs include cleanliness, wi-fi, and a good shower, and all were available here.

It is so close to the Acropolis, other historical sites, and the subway. Everything was super walkable. The view from our room was spectacular, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We also loved their courtyard and terraced seating. We brought back wine and sat out there looking at the view almost every evening. The staff were also very helpful! They provided amazing restaurant recommendations and helped us book a taxi ro and from the airport.

I loved the location and the historic look of the building. Also, i loved the terrace and its view of the Acropolis.

The location is perfect! We loved being in Plaka and the walk to all of the major historical attractions is right around the corner!

convenient location, 8 min walk to the Acropolis, surrounded by lots of restaurants, exceptional hospitality, they extended our check out time for free and assisted us get a transfer to the airport.

It was extremely close to the Acropolis and very easy to walk through Plaka and to the Acropolis. Staff were lovely and accommodating!

Great Hotel located less than 10 minutes walk from thr Acropolis entrance and really close to some great local restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and shower was great.
Host provided a list of recommendations and were very east to contact when our flight ws delayed and we were due to arrive late.
Would 100% recommend.

Location is great. Extremely convenient to stay in the heart of Plaka very close to its typical restaurants and to the Acropolis

I loved the Acron. Mrs Alexandra was an excellent hostess—very kind, responsive and accommodating and the location is excellent. It's true it's hard for cabbies to find it because it's on a high and narrow street, but the hotel works with a ground service that drops off right at the door if you want (make sure you arrange through the hotel for them to pick you up at the airport if you've many bags). It's a short walk from the Monastiraki metro and in an excellent location—9 min walk from the Acropolis and very near great restaurants, historical sites and shopping, and right next to the super-charming Anafiotika neighborhood. This is not a location for those with mobility issues — there are steps to navigate going and coming — but it is well worth it, awesome location. The rooms are renovated with beautiful bathrooms, great water pressure. I was there in blistering July, so appreciated the very comfortable bed, excellent AC and quiet room off the street.

The location couldn’t haven’t been better!! Very close to everywhere you need to go and more. I’d recommend staying here over anywhere else due to the location. The hotel is updated on the inside and still very much old Greece on the outside which is exactly what you want when staying in Athens.

Giannis was super friendly. Our flight got very delayed and we only made it to the hotel at 3 am but that was no problem because Giannis was waiting for us :)
